Paul’s Profit Monarch is overflowing with tactics which he himself tried and proved to be extraordinarily powerful yet simple enough for anyone to follow whether that anyone is a newbie or someone who has already had experience with Internet marketing.

Internet Marketers Can Keep Their Customers Happy, Too

May 14th, 2010

Many internet marketers don’t realize how important customer service is, even to businesses that are web based. Customer service is at least as important to online businesses as it is to offline based businesses. Think of how much competition there is on the web, with thousands of sites fighting over the same potential customers. How can you stand out in this crowd? The answer, of course, is your superior customer service! If you are able to communicate well with your customers and make them feel appreciated, they are more likely to continue buying from you. If your business is set up to avoid any personal interaction with customers, it’s likely you won’t have many returning visitors or buyers. If you follow these suggestions, you will be able to start giving your visitors good customer service.

Never underestimate the importance of the “thank you” e-mail. This one gesture can change the way people see you, even if you do this by simply sending out an automated e-mail message to each customer thanking them for their order. Doing this is very easy, as almost every e-mail service gives you the ability to send out an automatic response to orders, where you can tell everyone, “thanks for being a customer,” or something similar. So set this up today! This one gesture that doesn’t even cost you anything can increase your business!

Run a giveaway for past customers. This will also remind people to contact you. This doesn’t mean you have to give every customer something for free. You design the contest. If they win, people get really excited. You could opt to pick a random name from those who reply to your email. Then, you could offer that person a free service or item. This question can be in the form of a simple trivia question or you can use it to get feedback on your business. Either way, the responses will be overwhelming. You could even get email from individuals who were not your original list.

It is a good idea to offer freebies to your customers periodically. Don’t be stingy here, though, as sending a mundane newsletter will probably not inspire much excitement. You should tailor the offering to your business, so if you are an article writer you could offer a free article on a topic that the customer has requested before. If your work by selling affiliate products, see if the affiliate company can offer anything free from their back office and then have them send out the products to the people that are on your list. Everyone loves something for free, and they will be more apt to buy from you again.

When you focus on it, you can provide good customer service to your website visitors and clients in many different ways. Remember that many people are still afraid to shop online out of fear of being ripped off. There is no better way to relieve such fears and get people to trust you than to offer good customer service that is also personal.

Niche Marketing - A Superior Method For Sales Success

May 11th, 2010

A lot of people who are new to online marketing try to go after big markets that already have big players in them, they decide to target these markets and then wonder why they aren’t having any success with it.

The advantages of niche marketing over other marketing options have always been clear. Its ability to help you speak directly to a tightly tailored audience sets it part from other techniques. If you’re an online marketer whose goal is to reign supreme in your particular market segment, you can benefit tremendously from seeking out micro market niches that will reap high profits. In simple terms, a niche market is nothing but a smaller and more specific part of a large market. Now lets say you have targeted this specific market, if you target a smaller group within the niche, it’s called micro niche marketing. Whether or not you choose to use this particular marketing method to develop a niche market depends entirely on your business goals. This article is designed to help you see the benefits to be found in niche marketing and how far your business can go with it.

One distinct advantage of dealing with a specific niche market is that you will steadily gain confidence from your ongoing success, which will help you to strengthen your marketing strategies. As an example, if you enjoy a particular field of work, such as computer programming, this will be something in which you have gone for training and education. When you find and work with that niche, it will grow and perfect your skills further and with these skills you’d be able to easily sell your services to your prospects in a positive way. Also, when you market to a niche group exclusively, your customers will regard you as more credible. When you own a small, niche market business, people will use your products and services because they see you as a specialist, which is preferable to dealing with a generalist who may not be as experienced as you. This amounts to just one thing, and that is in targeting a particular niche, you will gather in the right clients.

If your intention is to command the greatest amount of search engine traffic, niche marketing strategies can pay great dividends due to the functionality and assistance of long tail keyword searches. Such keyword strings may be comprised of several individual words. Such strings do not foster as much competition, as they are not the subject of as many inquiries as broader search phrases. Conversely, those conducting web inquiries with these word strings are narrowly focused. Being “targeted” means they are more likely to become buyers, compared with other searchers who may just be doing research or seeking various types of information. But aside from this, when you deal with niche marketing, you are given a unique view of the market and what customers truly want. More substantial marketers are unlikely to possess that type of vital information. Therefore, it is a good idea to begin marketing to a narrower group before growing outward to ancillary customer audiences.

To sum up, don’t make the mistake of thinking of niche marketing as a technique that isn’t especially powerful. In terms of customers, your reach won’t be as wide but your profit margins will soar.In addition, as your business expands over time you can gradually appeal to the interests of other market niches that are related to your primary niche. By doing this, you will both expand your business and also gain a wider variety of clients who are genuinely interested in the products you offer.
